August 21, 2014, the mayor of Moscow S. Sobyanin signed a decree of the Moscow government No. 452-RP "On the transfer to the gratuitous use of the International non-governmental organization "International Centre of the Roerichs" of non-residential buildings at the following addresses: Moscow, Maly Znamensky, 3/5, build. 4 and build. 7".

These are historic buildings of the Lopukhins’ Estate, where  the non-governmental Museum named after Nicholas Roerich is in Moscow.

St. Petersburg branch of the International Centre of the Roerichs expresses sincere gratitude to the mayor S. Sobyanin and all the members of the Moscow Government for the significant support for the activities of the non-governmental Museum  named after Nicholas Roerich.
