“Mahatma Gandhi – Great Soul of India” exhibition was opened on October, 4th in the Russian National Library, St. Petersburg, Russia. The exhibition is a joint project of the Russian National Library, General Consulate of India in St. Petersburg and the Regional Non-Governmental Organization “St. Petersburg Branch of the International Non-Governmental Organization “The International Center of the Roerichs””. The exhibition is one of the events devoted to the Day of non-violence in St. Petersburg.

This publication of the "Heart" book continues the editorial work on the Living Ethics books. This work is based on the comparative analysis of the first editions of the Teaching and archive materials which the ICR possesses. At the basis of the "Heart" book lies Helena Roerich diaries for the period from September 25, 1931 till September 15, 1932. The book was prepared for publication by H. Roerich herself and edited in Paris 1934.

On August 16-17, 2012 Dr. George Roerich 110th Jubilee Cultural-Educational Expedition followed the Okulovka-Mshentsy-Bologoye (Novgorod Region, Russia) route. Dr. George Roerich (1902-1960), world-known Russian orientalist, linguist, historian, ethnographer, archeologist, and traveler, was born in Okulovka, Novgorod Region, Russia. The expedition was organized by Tver Regional Roerich Organization and the Okulovka town Administration; and it was supported by the International Centre of the Roerichs and International Information Analytical Center (IIA-Center).

A bas-relief to Svetoslav Roerich was opened in Trivandrum, Kerala state capital, India. On July, 26th, 2012 near the Russian Centre of Science and Culture (RCSC) in Trivandrum there was a gala opening of a bas-relief with a portrait of Svetoslav Roerich, a famous Russian and Indian artist and public cultural figure highly honored in India.
